What excites me most is helping brands connect with their customers in more human, meaningful ways. We founded OPINATOR to do just that—bringing the human touch to Experience Management and fostering better, more balanced, and responsible communication between brands and people, where interactions are meaningful, not just measurable. Our goal is to move beyond passive listening and enable real-time, two-way engagement that creates value for both sides.
