A passionate leader who thrives in motivating and building teams for growth, Johnny has worked with retailers to drive global Ecommerce sales in excess of $450 million with over 1.5 billion website visits and industry-leading conversion rates for leading retailers like Mark’s, Canadian Tire, Bentley, Mexx, and Buffalo, while also overseeing the Omni-Channel and Customer Experience aspects of the organizations.

Currently, Johnny is Associate Vice-President of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce for Mark’s and L’equipeur (part of the Canadian Tire Corporation), responsible for the company’s Digital Transformation and driving Ecommerce and Omni-Channel growth for one of the top apparel retailers in Canada.

Johnny’s work in the Marketing, Digital, and Ecommerce fields has been recognized with awards in website experience, Ecommerce, branding, paid search, and email. Johnny has also been nominated for Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40. Johnny is a public speaker, having spoken at over 20 events on various Leadership and Marketing topics. Johnny is or has been a board member or advisory member for the Calgary Marketing Association, Etail Canada, Mtl + Ecommerce, the Retail Council of Canada (Digital Council), the National Retail Federation (Digital Council), Listrak, and ForeSee, A true believer in helping others attain career and personal growth, Johnny routinely mentors about 4-5 individuals per year.

A graduate of Concordia University, Johnny has continued to supplement his education and continuous learning, with certificates from The University of Toronto and The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. As an avid competitor, Johnny has represented Team Canada 4 times at the World Ball Hockey Championships, winning gold twice.
